Jack Sexton is a certified public accountant and holds two B.S. degrees in finance and accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. His steady financial and business leadership has earned him the following recognition:
Ensuring Fiscal Oversight and Sound International Financial Management
Jack Sexton joined ALOM in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) where he is responsible for all areas of ALOM fiscal oversight and international financial management. Mr. Sexton has served in CFO and other senior finance and operations positions for both public and private companies in the technology and equipment manufacturing industries for global service providers, multinational corporations and startups. In 2021 Mr. Sexton was selected as a Bay Area CFO of The Year finalist by the San Francisco Business Times.
Prior to joining ALOM, Mr. Sexton was the CFO of Presto Engineering, where he was instrumental in driving dramatic organic growth and two highly successful acquisitions in France. Earlier positions include CFO of Ultra Clean Technology where he was instrumental in driving rapid, profitable growth – both organically and through acquisition. Mr. Sexton also served as Chief Accounting Officer of NPTest where he managed the financial aspects of the company’s spin-off from Schlumberger, through a successful IPO and subsequent merger with Credence Systems (now part of LTX-Credence), where he then served as Corporate Controller.
Mr. Sexton serves on the board at the Association for Corporate Growth, Silicon Valley (ACGSV) and is a member of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group.
