Easily Put Samples Where They Belong – With The Customer
ALOM efficiently and effectively manages clients’ sample or demo needs by storing their durable goods and products and fulfilling their orders. Clients simply order samples through their custom ALOM portal where they select the product(s) they want to ship and provide recipient information. Typically used by internal sales to send product samples to potential customers, ALOM assembles the package and ships directly to the customer with accompanying information about the item and instructions for returning once the trial period is over.
ALOM tracks the sample(s) for our clients and manages the return of the item(s) to our warehouse. All returns are inspected, and in the case of hardware, returned items go through diagnostics, are cleaned, and returned to inventory. For non-durable or custom printed items, the process would be the same, but the item would be non-returnable.
