The ALOM customer portal, COMPASS™, developed and managed by ALOM’s internal IT Development Team, is a sophisticated and robust customer portal for monitoring and managing supply chain activities online, providing enhanced visibility, up-to-the-minute tracking, actionable alerts and custom reporting across the entire supply chain. The synchronization of historical data with real-time updates lets our clients review trends as-well-as manage the details of exceptions. This user-driven approach provides strong control, exception reporting, and alerts without overwhelming users with too much information.
The COMPASS user-friendly interface gives clients powerful control over their supply chain right at their finger tips. COMPASS provides users:
