ALOM Reporting Features

On-Demand Reporting with DRIVE™

ALOM provides accurate, up-to-date information in a useful format in addition to real-time searchable functionality on Extranet sites tailored to customers. Our customers can customize their reporting functions and pull desired reports in real time. Standard reports available include:

Shipping reports. Files received/sent reports, returns reports, problem orders and wildcard search
Inventory reports. On-hand inventory, safety stock, usage and year-end inventory reports
Financial reports. Invoicing and freight account
Manufacturing reports. Specifications, BOMs, product cost and production status
Administrative reports. Extranet usage, add/delete or change users

As part of the ALOM supply chain event management system, a number of alerts help ensure that users are aware of unusual occurrences, such as decreasing inventory levels or returns arriving. Event alerts can be customized for each customer.

Our real-time reporting function on the Extranet, DRIVE™ (Daily Reporting and Information Via Extranet), can be used from any computer with online access and a Web browser, and uses SSL for security and safeguarding of data.
