New Customer Inquiry Management System
ALOM launched a new customer service and inquiry system today. This systems allows ALOM world-class controls when responding to e-mail inquiries. As ALOM launched many new Web shopping carts for our customers over the last months, our inquiry volume increased. We also anticipate launching several new carts over the next month. With the new inquiry management system we are now able to control, manage and respond to customer service inquiries in a much more efficient manner. We target customers who cares about customer service, and this new system will help us increase the customer service levels for our customers.
