We are obsessed with quality. From the details of the workmanship of applying each label straight to product specifications to detailed processes, we maintain unwavering focus. We know that product goes directly to our customers' customers, and it needs to be correct, functioning, professional and on time. Here's how we maintain our quality:

Dedication at All Levels. From the CEO to the line workers, everyone participates in quality meetings. This focus helped ensure that ALOM achieved its first ISO certification within just one year of its inception.

Process Design. We design our processes, work instructions and tools to support our staff and our quality goals. We ensure daily that all orders have been shipped. We set up our production lines so that each employee can check the work performed at the previous workstations, and we weigh scale each product on a high-accuracy electronic scale.

Training. With a tight process, we develop the tools, and then we train our employees. Our preventive measures range from meticulous hand-off processes, continuous verification against specifications - such as extensive first article process - to stringent control of materials. Our training also includes process control, work instructions, craftsmanship and insight into our preventive tools.

Quality, Measured. We constantly measure customer satisfaction. We capture metrics internally and externally, and we are committed to continuous improvement. We share quality-control data with our customers and we've often shipped millions of units for a customer without a single error -- or a customer complaint.

Our Quality Program
We are ISO certified through TUV America, are registered with the FDA, and are committed to the ISO program. We have an ongoing continuous improvement program.

Our customers frequently come onsite for supplier audits, especially customers within the medical equipment and military contracting sectors.
